Quentin Blake residence at Liberty's 'Seventy-Five'

Liberty’s restaurant ‘Seventy-Five’ currently exhibiting artwork by Quentin Blake - framed by Frame London

Frame London recently had the pleasure of framing some beautiful works by the artist Quentin Blake, to be displayed in the newly opened ‘Seventy-Five’ restaurant, on the second floor at Liberty, the landmark West End department store.

Read more on Quentin Blake’s website - “Quentin Blake is the first artist to be invited for residency, showing 16 of his original drawings on the theme of food and drink in a convivial atmosphere. Created between 2004 and 2015, they were all commissioned for use on Quentin’s popular range of greetings cards manufactured by Woodmansterne. The drawings are presented in bespoke walnut wood frames, hand-crafted by Frame London, with museum-grade double mounts in sage and cream. The highest level of UV filtered glass (AR99) has been used for the glazing to reduce the risk of fading to the delicate original watercolours.”

It was delightful to see these wonderful drawings up close, and we can’t wait to visit in person!
